There is an office for ethical compliance within our institution, with a designated official with oversight on ethical matters across the institution.

On March 1-2nd, 2024, the Student Leader Camp 2024 event was organized by the Student & Sport Activities committee.
Our organisation has an internal reporting system to assure the confidentiality of whistleblowers or a grievance procedure for staff concerning an employment matter
1. The complainant writes a letter of complaint, seals the envelope, and sends it to Office of the President.
2. Office of the President receives the envelope without opening it.
3. Office of the President sends the envelope to the president, and then he opens it.
Our university protects the complainant by letting only the president know the person filing the complaint and the subject matter.
