On July 11, 2024, the Institute for Safety Management of Krirk University, the Leadership Development Institute, and the Thai–Chinese–ASEAN Research Institute jointly organized an academic seminar titled “The Silk Road: Challenges for Thai–Chinese–ASEAN Leaders” (Belt and Road Initiative: BRI). The event aimed to provide a platform for participants to exchange knowledge, ideas, and experiences regarding international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
This seminar was organized with the objective of enhancing in-depth understanding of the BRI, a significant global initiative focused on promoting economic development and international relations among countries in the region, including Thailand, China, and ASEAN member states.
The seminar featured a diverse group of expert speakers from various sectors, including government representatives, academics, business leaders, and international organizations. Their contributions enriched the discussion and offered new perspectives to the participants.
This event also served as a valuable opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange among regional leaders, which is expected to play a vital role in driving sustainable development in Thailand and the ASEAN region towards a more prominent presence on the global stage.
