On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration organized the “Krirk ABM for Power Blind 2024” seminar as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. The event took place at the Center for the Development of Careers for the Blind.
Dr. Anusorn Khunanasorn, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, assigned the Department of Aviation Business Management to lead the initiative. This was led by Mr. Natthaphon Mahatsap, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Relations, and Head of the Department of Aviation Business Management, along with faculty members and third- and fourth-year students from the Aviation Business Management program at Krirk University.
The seminar aimed to support scholarships and promote career development for the visually impaired. It also provided aviation knowledge services to align with the students’ commitment to giving back to society through this seminar activity.
The event received support from Krirk University’s administration, faculty, staff, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, as well as from the Government Savings Bank, Regional Community Financial Institutions, and benevolent individuals who donated both money and goods, including food, drinks, snacks, medical supplies, clothing, footwear, and other essential items.
Additionally, donations included eco-friendly cloth bags, Krirk University-branded water bottles, savings jars supported by the Government Savings Bank, and gardening tools and vegetable seeds.
The total amount of donations received was 36,294 baht. All donated funds, without any deductions, were delivered to the Center for the Development of Careers for the Blind. These funds will be used for lunch expenses, educational support, and career development initiatives at the center.
